Customer Service Representative Department: Customer Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: NHQ Reporting To: Susan Swisher Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour Description Location: Lee’s Summit, MO Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM OR Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Pay: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner Verify customer information and maintain accurate customer records Document customer interactions, comments, concerns, and follow-up needs Route customer requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team memberCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments and employees Maintain and update customer information and databases Assist with project approvals and related paperwork Process customer payments, including ACH, credit card, and deposits Use T-Mobile Dialpad and other internal systems to manage customer communication What We’re Looking For We're looking for a customer-focused professional who is comfortable communicating by phone and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. Preferred qualifications include: 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience 1+ year of experience working in a professional office environment Experience handling inbound and outbound calls Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience maintaining customer records and documenting interactions Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Customer-focused and professional Friendly, upbeat, and personable Comfortable speaking with a variety of customers by phone Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and manage changing priorities Willing to learn new systems and processes Responsive and dependable A clear and confident communicator Benefits Healthcare eligibility beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment 401(k) eligibility beginning the first quarter after one year of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspen Contracting
