We are seeking a Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our busy law office!
Responsibilities:
- High volume telephone call, mail, and file management.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform routine office tasks
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Spanish fluency a plus!
