Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support our home health care team in the Greater Nashua, NH area. This position requires experience in skilled homecare, specifically in wound care, IV management, and ostomy care.

Job Details

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Coverage Needed: Must be flexible due to self-scheduling, with some urgent admissions anticipated.
• Patient Visits: Expectation to manage 6 patients daily.
• Orientation: Three-day orientation provided, with an expectation for full productivity to be achieved after the first week.
• Time Off: One week of pre-approved time off is allowed, with additional requests considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of skilled homecare experience required.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Preferred Skills: Wound care, IV management, Ostomy care.
• Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics.
• Travel: Candidates must have their own transportation, and mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
• On-Call Requirement: No on-call duty required.

Additional Information

• Types of Cases: Skilled homecare population with varying diagnoses and levels of acuity, including chronic disease management and medication education.
• Flexibility: Occasional weekends may be required.
• Submission Requirements: References are required; one pending reference may be accepted to start the submission process.
• Local Candidates: Travelers residing within 50 miles of Nashua, NH will receive a local rate adjustment.
