Position Overview

As a Fund Servicing Analyst, you will support fund servicing operations by executing routine transactions, performing valuation analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a key role in derivative valuation analysis and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong cybersecurity awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions in accordance with established procedures and controls
• Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Remain vigilant regarding cybersecurity practices to safeguard sensitive information
• Utilize strong communication and active listening skills to understand and address client needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using innovation and design-thinking techniques
• Provide independent valuation services for OTC derivative products, including:
• Rates
• Credit
• Equity
• FX
• Inflation
• Commodity
• Volatility / Variance swaps
• Produce and analyze daily OTC derivative valuations within client portfolios
• Compare valuations across multiple sources and clearly articulate valuation movements using Greeks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
• Resolve ad-hoc issues related to third-party valuations, procedures, and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge or experience in fund servicing operations
• Exposure to derivative products and valuation concepts
• Ability to execute routine transactions with high accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience contributing to operational improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
