Store Manager – Juice It Up! Yucaipa

Yucaipa, CA | Starting at $23/hour + tips | Approx. 35 hours/week

Juice It Up! Yucaipa is looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Store Manager to lead our team and take ownership of the day-to-day success of our store.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead a team, keep operations organized during busy rushes, provide excellent customer service, manage labor and inventory, and help grow the store through catering, fundraising, and community involvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate our team
• Help recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees
• Build schedules and manage staffing based on business needs
• Oversee daily store operations, opening, and closing
• Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and order accuracy
• Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and product availability
• Monitor labor and other controllable store costs
• Handle cash-management procedures and operational issues
• Help increase sales and improve overall store performance
• Oversee catering and large-volume orders from preparation through pickup/delivery
• Coordinate with our catering and fundraising team
• Help develop relationships with local schools, sports teams, businesses, and community organizations
• Identify opportunities for catering, fundraising, events, and local partnerships

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable making decisions
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet applicable California food-safety requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift approximately 40 lbs.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality experience
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, labor management, and employee training
• Catering, fundraising, sales, community outreach, or local marketing experience

Schedule

This position averages approximately 35 hours per week .

Store Managers must have flexible availability. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays depending on the needs of the store.

We're a locally owned Juice It Up! franchise group with three Southern California locations. We believe a great Store Manager does more than simply run shifts. Our managers lead their teams, take ownership of their stores, build relationships within their communities, and help grow the business.

You'll have support from our multi-unit leadership team while having real responsibility for the success of the Yucaipa location.

Starting Pay: $23/hour + tips
