Restaurant/ Bar General Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant and Bar General Manager for a trendy, upscale restaurant group with multiple concepts in downtown Tampa. This position is charged with achieving targeted sales, profitability, and customer service.

Manager Qualifications:

  • Exhibits a passion to serve others

Manager Requirements:

  • Requires experience in an upscale environment
  • Strong cost control and quality standards
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others and act as a change agent
