Sales Coordinator

Description

CBRE is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Client Services Coordinator to support a team of 5–6 commercial real estate brokers. This individual will provide administrative, marketing, and transaction support while helping produce high-quality marketing materials, coordinating commercial real estate documentation, managing client communications, and assisting throughout the deal lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, editing listing agreements and other transaction documents, manipulating data within Excel, coordinating property signage, following up on emails, communicating with clients, and supporting commercial real estate transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
