Servicer Advisors provide support to our customers and sales team by managing customer service requests and interactions./ppCareington Benefit Solutions currently has a position open in our Property Casualty division for a Customer Service Representative to work from 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Mon - Fri. This position will require you to work onsite at our North Frisco office located at 6435 Flyer Way: 3 days a week and 2 days from home./ppstrongDuties Responsibilities:/strong/pulliLearn, understand, and retain specific policy coverage information for multiple carriers across multiple States./liliMake outbound and receive inbound calls from existing customers to resolve their insurance service needs./liliSupport the sales team by assisting to complete quotes and customer requests./liliEfficiently handle a large quantity of calls and tasks./liliManage and track customer requests for follow-up as required./liliEnsure all phone calls are answered timely, and transactions are completed accurately and delivered as efficiently as possible/liliWork with team to exceed goals and metrics./liliBe an active problem solver to help the organization improve workflows and the efficiency of the team./li/ulpstrongKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/strong/pulliPhone Sales Experience/liliStrong work ethic/liliExert a high level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm/liliMust be a self-motivator with a desire to add value to the day-to-day operations of the department/liliGoal-Oriented/liliFlexibility in scheduling/liliMust have the ability to work independently and with others when appropriate/liliImpeccable communication skills both written and verbal/liliMust have professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills/liliMust be extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/liliAbility to easily adapt to departmental changes./liliHave a strong desire to meet the departments overall goals./li/ulpstrongEducation, Experience Software:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required./liliComputer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications.
