What does a Real Estate Salesperson do?

As a Real Estate Salesperson with Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day is built around people and deals. You will prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking. You will schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer all the way to closing. Real Estate Salespeople at our Monroe Township office also participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.

Requirements

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Salespeople from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.
