Accounts Receivable Technician

Technician, Accounts Receivable The Technician, Accounts Receivable must effectively coordinate all aspects of cash and billing processing in support of the business needs. This position will communicate and interact with personnel to meet receivable needs and functions. Responsibilities Work with personnel to provide data needed for accurate billing and timely payment; respond to inquiries as needed. Post cash and project billing for budgeting and job cost analysis. Review all invoices for appropriate support and accuracy per contract. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received timely. Distribute invoices and statements to sponsors via hard copy or electronically through email or portals. Work with site supervisor on various job costing projects. Cross‑train as a backup to A/P. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable experience. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using Workday is an advantage. Strong customer service skills. Effective, skillful communication. Attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 hourly. Please note rates vary within this range based on prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location, internal equity and market data.
