About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Financial Restructuring to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading and executing high-profile financial restructuring projects, providing strategic advice to clients in distressed situations, and overseeing the implementation of recovery plans. Key responsibilities include leading complex assignments, advising on debt restructuring, financial turnarounds, and capital optimization strategies, as well as maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. The role also involves financial due diligence, valuation, and modeling, and requires collaboration with C-suite executives and board members to develop and execute strategic recovery plans. Applicants for the VP - Financial Restructuring position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in financial restructuring, corporate finance, or investment banking is required, with a strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets and a proven track record in restructuring transactions. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English is a must, with Arabic proficiency being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a team, staying abreast of market trends and regulatory developments, and be capable of providing mentorship and leadership in project delivery.
