We are looking for a Senior Tax Reviewer – US Taxation who can take ownership of final tax return reviews, approvals, complex tax matters, and client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced US Tax Reviewer, Tax Manager, Tax Supervisor, Senior Tax Professional, Tax Specialist, Tax Analyst, Tax Associate, or experienced Tax Accountant who wants greater responsibility, client exposure, and leadership opportunities within a growing CPA firm. Key Responsibilities Perform final review and approval of US tax returns , including Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065 , and other federal and state tax returns. Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations, US tax laws, and applicable state tax requirements . Lead client meetings and explain tax filings, tax strategies, and tax positions clearly and professionally. Act as the final escalation point for complex US tax issues and tax matters . Mentor and guide tax preparers and reviewers to improve accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies. Review complex tax situations and provide practical tax advisory support. Help establish and maintain high-quality tax review and compliance standards . Identify opportunities to improve tax preparation, review, and workflow processes. Ideal Candidate Minimum 2+ years of hands-on US Taxation experience . Strong experience reviewing and approving US individual and business tax returns . Experience with 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065 , and related tax forms. Previous experience in a Senior Tax Reviewer, Tax Manager, Tax Supervisor, Tax Specialist, Tax Analyst, Tax Associate, Senior Tax Accountant, or similar senior-level US Tax role is preferred. Strong knowledge of US tax laws, IRS regulations, and tax compliance requirements . Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills . Ability to independently handle complex tax matters and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. CPA or EA preferred, but not mandatory. Why Join Us?
