This role allows you to directly impact the bakery-cafe’s growing business and serve local communities across the country. You will support bringing Panera warmth to life, ensuring every guest receives our best service. By welcoming guests, delivering food with gratitude, and creating meaningful experiences, you help keep guests coming back. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for bringing Panera Warmth to life with each guest interaction and deliver excellent service in every circumstance. Perform duties in specified areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and ensure every guest receives our best. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Requirements Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs plus stand for extended periods. Clear communication skills in a loud environment and ability to understand directions quickly. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for making people smile. Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask with ease. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Food service experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay $16.00 - $19.00 (actual pay based on experience, knowledge, skills, and location). Eligible for team tips. Free on-shift meals & unlimited fountain beverages.
