We are looking for a passionate Shift Leader to grow our leadership team. As a leader, you're committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar stores. Compensation: $18-25/hr – hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual. Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and training to improve performance and customer service. Qualifications 3 years of restaurant experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership-focused role. A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun. A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests. A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
