(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations, prioritize production efficiency, and lead digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties:
• Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met
• Develop and implement strategies to prioritize production schedules and optimize workflow efficiency
• Lead efforts to digitize plant operations, including the adoption of new technologies, automation systems, and data-driven processes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of plant personnel
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall operational effectiveness

Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in plant management or manufacturing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or manufacturing systems (ERP/MES)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods within a plant environment
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
