CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing assistance to long-term care or skilled nursing facility residents, supporting their daily needs and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Follow established care plans and protocols accurately.
Support team members in delivering quality patient care.
Document care activities and resident responses thoroughly.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification and license.
Proven experience in LTC or skilled nursing settings preferred.
Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation required.
