Registered Nurse - Cardiac Med/Tele

Schedule
Nights - 12HR: 7P-7A
36 and 48 hours per week available
1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend

Assignment Details
Contract Duration: 16 weeks

Requirements
- Active NY RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- 1 year recent experience in acute med surg/tele
- 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with cardiac and telemetry needs.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic medical records.

Compliance / Notes
- Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule.
- Required to float to other units if needed.
- Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed.
- Willingness to work charge with training provided.
