While the majority of your sessions may take place remotely, you will also have opportunities to collaborate with our in-office team, participate in case consultations, and engage in peer support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose and understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing tools such as standardized assessments and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' specific needs using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, both remotely and face-to-face when needed, ensuring that therapy approaches are tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Collaborate actively with clients to set therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of progress.

• Deliver teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual appointments, ensuring accessibility for those facing transportation or mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n
