What You’ll Do Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain instruments for temperature, pressure, flow, and more. Work on boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, valves, and heat exchangers. Monitor system performance via BMS/SCADA and respond to alarms quickly. Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and environmental standards. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED (technical training/associate degree preferred). 3+ years of calibration or maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Knowledge of utility systems (boilers, chillers, pumps, valves, compressors). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret P&IDs, SOPs, and manuals. Experience in pharma, biotech, or food manufacturing a big plus.
