Certified Shift Manager | $21–$24 per hour (McDonald's Management Experience Required — or Start as a Crew Member with Advancement Opportunity) Must be at least 18 years old for this position. You'll lead your crew with confidence and purpose, ensuring every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience — every single time. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and leading each shift for peak performance Coaching and motivating crew members to meet McDonald's standards Ensuring Food Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness are never compromised Monitoring safety, security, and profitability Managing inventory and daily maintenance Delivering exceptional customer service and modeling it for your team Communicating effectively with fellow managers for smooth shift transitions Assisting with scheduling and training Why Grow With Us?
