RN – Med/Surg (Level 1 | Contract-to-Perm)
Location: NY 14456
Contract Dates: March 30, 2026 – July 11, 2026 (15 weeks )
Pay: $1,914 – $2,149
Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts (24 hrs/week)
Day and/or night variable shifts (as scheduled by client)
Every other weekend required
Holidays required
Rotational D/N/W/Holidays
Must complete full-shift orientation on Monday + Tuesday
Up to 2 on-call shifts per 4-week period
Provide direct Med/Surg nursing care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Deliver medication administration and clinical interventions
Provide patient/family education for post-discharge self-care and lifestyle management
Promote safety, infection control, and quality nursing standards
Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Support emotional, psychosocial, and healing environment for patients/families
Active NYS RN License required
Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience required
BLS required (AHA or RQI only)
ACLS required (AHA or RQI only)
NIHSS certification required
Must be able to start with full-shift orientation (Mon + Tue)
Experience with adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations required
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens expected
