VistA Pharmacy and Modernization Project Manager, LeadThe Opportunity:As a senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple software development, modernization, and application-support initiatives supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will help advance VA healthcare capabilities by coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, VA leadership, and delivery partners.You will manage projects from planning through implementation and post-release support. You will develop project roadmaps, establish milestones, track delivery metrics, manage budgets and scope, and identify risks, dependencies, and change-control needs. You will partner with VA business owners and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet operational, technical, contractual, and quality requirements.Your work will focus on VA VistA applications and pharmacy-related capabilities, including prescription monitoring, pharmacy safety, system integrations, and modernization efforts involving IFCAP/GIP functionality and microservices. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
