As the first point of contact for our customers, as our Customer Service Representative in our busy call center, you’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences answering calls, assisting with scheduling, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. What You’ll Do Deliver 5-Star Service: Be the friendly, professional voice that makes every customer interaction positive and memorable. Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage a high call volume related to scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups. Promote Our MVP Loyalty Program: Educate customers on membership benefits and enroll them during calls. Resolve Customer Concerns: Use empathy and problem-solving skills to de-escalate and resolve issues quickly. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with dispatch, trade managers, and field technicians to ensure seamless service. Navigate Multiple Systems: Update records and schedule services accurately across multiple software platforms. Physical Requirements: This position primarily requires sitting for extended periods while working at a computer and telephone. Employees must be able to frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, headset, and other standard office equipment. The role requires frequent communication with customers and team members, prolonged computer screen use, and the ability to maintain focus while handling multiple tasks. Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
