Which is where you come in: we have an opening for an out-of-this-world Corporate FP&A Analyst to tell the story behind the data and support strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and subsequent quarterly forecasts in collaboration with department heads and executive leadership. Analyze historical financial data and market trends to make informed projections. Financial Reporting: Prepare, maintain and present monthly financial reports to senior management highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and trends. Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for margin expansion across the different A&D programs we contract on. Collaborate with operational teams to improve cost efficiency and understand the key cost components of our products. Financial Modeling: Create and maintain dynamic financial models to assess the financial impact of various scenarios. Evaluate investment opportunities (capital expenditures) and provide financial insights for decision-making. Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial results against budget and forecast. Provide insights into the drivers of financial performance. Forecast Accuracy: Monitor and improve the accuracy of financial forecasts through regular reviews and adjustments. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested. Provide insights into specific financial issues or business challenges. Other duties as assigned. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by the Company and at request. Job Information This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "Lyntris is Proud to Offer." This position is considered exempt and ineligible for overtime pay. Pay range: $100,000-$140,000 based on qualifications and experience.
