Excelsior Communities is a property management company that has been operating in Rochester, NY since 2016. At Excelsior, we believe in empowering our employees to create impactful experiences with our tenants and clients. We know that a happy resident is at the heart of what we do, and we know that a positive work environment is how we get there. We are currently looking for a leasing consultant to join our team. This position requires time at 2 of our apartment complexes, which is a 10 minute commute.

Daily duties include:

• Responding to leads
• Scheduling tours of the property
• Accepting and processing applications
• Generating resident leases
• Addressing current resident issues
• Submitting work orders to maintenance
• Assist the property management team with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications to tenants.
• Assist with the collection and processing of rent payments, ensuring accurate and timely recording.

Experience:

• Leasing or Sales experience preferred.
• Great customer service skills required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
