What we’re looking for:

• Active or eligible SLP license (or pending in the state)
• Clinical Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Proven experience or interest in an elementary school setting
• Strong foundation in speech, language, and communication interventions within schools
• Effective communication skills for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with documentation and adherence to compliance requirements

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy and interventions to elementary-aged students
• Conducting evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Keeping accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating on student support plans
• Communicating student progress and needs with families and staff
• Maintaining service delivery in alignment with IEP goals
