Why techs like it here: We work hard, but we also like to have some fun. Every month, the techs and service team get together for a dealer-paid lunch, and the team votes for the monthly MVP and G.O.A.T. We give away over $800 in cash, both winners get a trophy, and the MVP gets to spin for extra prizes like more cash, gift cards, and time off. We also cook out regularly because a good team should actually enjoy being part of one.

Just as important, we believe in process, structure, and support. What we are looking for:

• GM experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Dependability and work ethic
• Someone who can communicate, stay productive, and take pride in doing the job right
• PA State Inspection and/or Emissions License is a plus
• Must have a current valid driver's license
