Senior Legal Counsel, Funds & Regulatory (Hybrid)

Charles Schwab is seeking a seasoned attorney to join the Legal team. You will handle filings for prospectuses and registrations, advise on fund regulatory requirements, and negotiate with service providers and counterparties. You will collaborate with business teams, monitor regulations, and coordinate with outside counsel.

Ideal candidates have a JD, bar membership, 5–10 years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer or asset management setting, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.
