Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Location: Heber Springs, AR Pay:$17.00 plus per hour based on experience Employment Type: Direct Hire Penmac Staffing is recruiting for a Direct Hire Industrial Maintenance Technician position in Heber Springs, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and helping keep production operations running efficiently. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe manufacturing environment. Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance concerns Replace worn or damaged parts as needed Maintain maintenance logs and repair records Follow safety procedures and support a clean work environment Work with production teams to minimize equipment downtime Pay & Benefits $17.00 plus per hour based on experience Direct Hire opportunity Stable, long-term career opportunity with a growing manufacturer Opportunity to develop maintenance and manufacturing skills Why Penmac?
