This position is set in an outpatient counseling office, operating on a remote model that promotes work-life balance. Counseling sessions occur by appointment, allowing for a flexible schedule that meets both client and counselor needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that clients' specific needs are met.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create and uphold standards of holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records, adhering to professional ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health by participating in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, particularly in clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling are highly desirable.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort with utilizing technology in clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
