VP, Securitized CRE Attorney — Shape Complex Finance

Barclays seeks a Securitized Products CRE Attorney at VP level in New York to support the Americas team on CMBS, CRE loans, and related securitization transactions. You will advise on offering materials, underwriting agreements, and regulatory issues, and coordinate with Risk and Compliance. You will work with transaction committees and business personnel across Securitized Products, staying current on securities laws and risk retention requirements to manage legal risk for the bank. #J-18808-Ljbffr Barclays
