Pay & Benefits Base pay: $16 per hour Performance-based pay increases Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities Supportive team culture with recognition and appreciation Emphasis on work/life balance whenever possible What a Caregiver Does As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you provide hands‑on support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
