Quality Assurance ManagerThe Quality Assurance Manager will develop extensive quality assurance test plans, while reviewing and interpreting business requirement documentation for eligibility applications. Manager will also be responsible for reporting on test case outcomes, progress, and identifying opportunities to improve quality assurance processes. The individual should be a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager adept in Microsoft Office, JCL, TSO/SPF, and Mainframe batch job processing. Other qualifications include a degree in Computer Science with 5 years of Project Management experience and 3 years in Quality Assurance capacity.
