Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.Represent Mondel?z in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppersExecute daily store visits following Mondel?z' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMIBuild and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brandsOrder product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using SalesforceImplement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the storesFollow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleaguesSupport seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising eventsCommunicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management teamStay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustleFor a closer view of what our merchandisers do: Day in the Life of a Mondelez MerchandiserWho is a good fit?Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person livesHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).?Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
