Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Level 2 support experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Retalix POS Suite
• Back Office Systems (BOS)
• Retail Store Controller Applications
• Inventory & Fuel Management Systems
• POS terminals, payment systems, store controllers, and retail operations support
• Client Aloha POS Administration & Support
• Restaurant Technology Platforms
• Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)
• POS Hardware & Peripheral Devices
• Payment Processing Integration
• Verifone Payment Terminals
• Electronic Payment Processing
• Card Acquiring & Settlement Processes
• PCI DSS Compliance
• Payment Gateways & Loyalty Integrations
• Retail Technology Ecosystems & Network Troubleshooting

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $20.02 - $26.70 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
