Reports to: Brand Creative Lead (Alani Nui) + Associate Creative Director (Rockstar) Description As the Sr. Graphic Designer (Alani Nu + Rockstar) , you’ll be a hands‑on creative responsible for developing and executing high‑quality visual work across two distinct energy brands. Splitting your time between Alani Nu and Rockstar, you’ll support creative across packaging, campaigns, POS, retail, digital, social and broader brand touchpoints. This role requires the ability to flex between two unique brand identities, audiences and visual styles while maintaining a high standard of craft and consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leadership, copywriters, project management, marketing and production partners to bring work to life across channels. Responsibilities Execute high‑quality creative across packaging, campaigns, POS and retail, digital, social and broader brand touchpoints for both Alani Nu and Rockstar Translate creative briefs, strategic direction and established creative concepts into thoughtful, highly crafted visual solutions Take ownership of design execution across assigned projects from exploration and development through final production Build and adapt assets across print, digital, social and in‑store formats, ensuring visual cohesion and high‑quality output Develop layouts, mockups and visual presentations to effectively communicate design solutions Contribute to concept development through mood boards, design exploration, visual research and ideation Support CGI concepting and development through visual references, compositional thinking and design exploration Maintain a strong understanding of both Alani Nu and Rockstar visual identities, ensuring each brand remains distinct and consistent across all deliverables and touchpoints Apply established campaign and brand systems across channels, formats and retail environments while maintaining the integrity of the creative Collaborate closely with copywriters, project management, marketing leads and other creative team members to bring work to life Partner with production teams to ensure assets meet technical specifications, production requirements and brand standards Participate actively in creative reviews, responding thoughtfully to feedback and bringing a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset to iteration Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization and accountability against deadlines Stay current on design trends, cultural aesthetics, emerging creative tools and the competitive landscape Portfolio Required: Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume, showcasing relevant brand, campaign and multi‑channel design work 3–5+ years of professional visual design experience within an agency, in‑house creative team or consumer‑facing brand Strong portfolio demonstrating polished design execution across a range of brand and campaign work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Microsoft tools and familiarity with Figma or other digital platforms a plus Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, composition and visual storytelling Ability to translate creative direction into compelling visual solutions with clarity, precision and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work within established brand systems while bringing thoughtful design exploration and a strong visual point of view Ability to flex between distinct brand identities, audiences and visual styles Comfortable working independently on assigned projects while collaborating closely with creative leadership and cross‑functional partners Comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities within tight timelines Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across disciplines Organized, proactive and accountable, with a willingness to take initiative and grow within a fast‑paced creative environment Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly and contributing positively to the creative process Proficient in applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney and other emerging platforms to enhance creative workflows, accelerate concepting and unlock new modes of expression 3D / CGI experience a plus, but not required Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short‑term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed.
