License/Certs: MN Registered Nurse Anesthetist license, current CPR/BLS/ACLS, NBCRNA certification

Experience: Required; prior anesthetic management in a Level I trauma center preferred

Pay & Benefits

Pay package: $245 - $310 per hour (orientation rate up to 60%)

What You'll Do

• Provide medically directed anesthesia in various clinical settings including operating rooms, Cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care for all age groups at a Level 1 trauma center.
• Manage 1-2 longer cases or multiple shorter cases during scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a collegial, team-based environment.
• Assist with preoperative assessment and postoperative care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Participate in on-call emergency services as assigned, with rapid response expectations.

What You Need

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master's or Doctorate).
• Active Minnesota RN anesthetist license or ability to obtain.
• Certification by the NBCRNA.
• Current BLS/ACLS/CPR certifications.
• Prior experience in a high-acuity setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
