Bilingual Customer Support Consultant

Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Consultant will manage customer inquiries by answering 50-70 calls daily, providing solutions every 5 minutes, and serving as a liaison between customers and IDEXX laboratories in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving issues primarily over the phone Provide and clarify lab test results, coordinate follow-up tests, and assist with sample pickup and delivery Maintain effective communication and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries Required qualifications Fluency in both French (preferably Quebecois) and English Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service over the phone Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience Strong computer and technical skills, with the ability to learn quickly Experience in a veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment preferred
