Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Memphis, TN (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across Memphis, Jackson, Collierville, and Germantown. The role involves building relationships with medical professionals, communicating clinical product benefits, and executing sales strategy to drive territory performance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits and product knowledge to medical professionals and drive appropriate utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, educational programs, and branded messaging
• Develop and manage customer accounts, customize interactions, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze territory performance, provide market feedback, and collaborate with District Manager on strategy
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and sustain brand passion throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years, or high school diploma with 8 years
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product knowledge in specialty areas such as oncology, cardiology, bone health, or nephrology preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability with core sales competencies

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base salary annually
