This skilled nursing facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to geriatric patients with established protocols for long-term care delivery. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains dedicated support staff to ensure quality patient care within a professional medical environment. The credentialing process is efficient, typically completed within 2-4 weeks.

This region offers diverse attractions including botanical gardens, state parks with waterfalls, and museums such as the Corning Museum of Glass. Visitors can explore natural areas like Watkins Glen State Park for hiking and wildlife observation, while urban areas provide art exhibits, markets, and cultural performances. The area features multiple universities and outdoor recreational opportunities spanning from nature tours to scenic park experiences.

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to geriatric patients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing approximately 20-25 patients daily with flexibility in scheduling. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing diverse medical conditions, and delivering routine primary care services to an all-geriatric patient population. The position requires board certification preferred with consideration for truly board eligible candidates and involves working collaboratively with advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, and medical assistants. Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is strongly preferred for this role.
