Field Sales Representative

With uncapped commission potential, your career and rewards are within reach. New Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,000 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commissions. The starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range reflects incentives tied to meeting or exceeding sales goals. You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you. You’ll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most. What you’ll do / Responsibilities Kick off with paid training to set you up for success to work independently in the field. Engage with existing customers daily; AT&T provides scheduled appointments to connect with warm prospects. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to secure sales and pivot as needed. Deliver personalized experiences, including demos, services setup, and issue resolutions. Maintain customer relationships and drive solutions that meet customer needs. Qualifications 1+ years of commission-based or outside sales experience; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Maintain a valid driver’s license; a company vehicle is provided for official business use. Ability to work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Background check and drug screening required; includes motor vehicle record review.
