Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions in accordance with tailored treatment plans, effectively addressing the specific needs of each client. \n Conduct thorough assessments and provide case management services to facilitate comprehensive care for clients. \n Engage in crisis intervention and triage appointments, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support when facing critical challenges. \n Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing, to enhance treatment effectiveness. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case consultation and coordination meetings, ensuring that all aspects of client care are addressed holistically. \n Design and execute outreach initiatives that promote wellness and educate the community about mental health resources and services. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The LCSW will primarily work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n Active Pennsylvania license in Social Work (LCSW). \n A minimum of three years of professional experience in the behavioral health field, demonstrating competency in direct clinical practice. \n Proficiency in utilizing a trauma-informed care approach and a commitment to social justice within a mental health context. \n Strong technical skills, including familiarity with office management software and telehealth platforms. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in clinical practice. \n Ability to develop and conduct wellness initiatives proactively within the community. \n Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the latest advancements in behavioral health treatment. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
