What You'll Do

• Diagnostic Testing & Analysis
• Perform a full spectrum of clinical tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using modern laboratory technology.
• Instrument Operation & Maintenance
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration
• Analyze lab data and work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Uphold standards set by CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory bodies through routine quality control, audits, and documentation.
• Mentorship & Team Support
• Provide guidance to lab technicians while contributing to a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification: ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.
• Skills & Experience: Proficiency with laboratory equipment, techniques, and LIS software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
