Manufacturing Technician Finishing - 3rd Shift

Manufacturing Technician position in liquid finishing operations at Grand Island, NY facility, working third shift (10:30pm–7:00am). Role involves operating manufacturing equipment, preparing batches, and maintaining GMP compliance in controlled environments including clean rooms.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, mills, blenders, pumps, filtration systems, packaging, and laboratory equipment
• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials using computer interface for batch accuracy
• Calibrate and operate manual, semi-automated, and automated manufacturing equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and work instructions in classified clean rooms
• Complete routine manufacturing tasks for cell culture media and maintain quality documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• General understanding of technical and mechanical equipment preferred
• Prior experience in GMP or cGMP environment preferred
• Prior experience with Good Documentation Practices preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Compensation: $18.50/hr base plus 15% shift differential for 3rd shift; estimated range $14.05–$23.41/hr
