Service DispatcherCurrently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher to support our Williamsport, MD location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!Main Duties:Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelinesSchedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completionReceive service requests from customers and coworkersEnter information into the computerAssist with paperwork and prepare reportsMay handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendorsRequirements:Dispatch experience desiredMust possess unwavering customer service drive and focusAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be a team playerPleasant phone demeanorStable work historyProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelSalary range: Pay range of $19-$22/hr.
