Associate Manager, Organizational Change Management - AI / M365 / D365 Adoption Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformations. Our consultants help our clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments, aligning stakeholders around shared visions, developing and implementing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement efforts, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. We measure what matters—tracking progress, surfacing insights, and adjusting strategies to ensure lasting impact. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives. Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs and ERP transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels. Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption. Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation. Coach client team members in change management best practices. Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design. Navegate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs. Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm. Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies. Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling. Flexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools. Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%). Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Cloud Security Support Engineer We are seeking a cloud security support engineer with a background in Azure Platform support. Core to the role Knowledgeable in Australian Government information assurance requirements, including the Information Security Manual (ISM), NIST CSF 2.0 and Essential 8 ML2. Experience across a variety of technologies including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender suite, Azure Security Center, Sentinel SIEM, cloud security & data logging (Azure), incident response, cryptography, network and system security. Hands‑on experience with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Log Management/Analysis. Experience managing security infrastructure such as firewalls, IPS, WAFs, endpoint protection, SIEM, log management, Zscaler, Proofpoint. Proven experience in reviewing security vulnerabilities and proficiency with vulnerability management toolsets. Understanding of IT service management (ITIL disciplines: change, configuration, asset, incident, problem management). Experience with how applications, services, and infrastructure are deployed into public cloud services (Microsoft Azure). Strong communication skills to clearly explain security issues to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with current cybersecurity trends such as Zero Trust, XDR, or AI‑driven security analytics. Experience in incident response coordination, investigation, and remediation, staying current with threat intelligence to proactively defend against emerging threats. Key Responsibilities Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design. Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs. Coach client team members in change management best practices. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long‑term transformation. AI Engineer within Data & AI Practice As an AI Engineer within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client‑centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real‑world business challenges. Implement AI solutions on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms. Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production. Work with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) to operationalize AI solutions, leveraging services like Azure ML, Azure AI Search, Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI Service, Foundry Tools, Foundry, or their equivalents. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support the integration of AI models into production systems. Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices, proactively sharing knowledge with the team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines. Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Business Development Manager – Resources Avanade is recruiting Business Development Managers who are deal hunters, deal makers, originators and self‑starters who can develop and win new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions. Day to day, you will: Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client portfolio. Identify new sales opportunities across key channels to increase sales volume. Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies. Sell a portfolio of Avanade and/or third‑party software products directly to end‑user organizations. Specialise in the sale of one or more key technologies in the Microsoft stack including Applications, Cloud Services, Modern Workplace, Data, AI and Security. Generate sales and drive revenue, typically in low‑to‑medium risk and return sales activities. Lead customer relationships for new accounts. Prospect, acquire, develop and expand business leads. Support the wider Account Leadership team when required and Leadership on specific opportunities.
