• To manage the clinical and diagnostic complex area and fine tune its activities

• To set up and ensure the compliance of the Lab with the GCP/GLP/ISO standards (technical, scientific, ethical…)

• To guarantee the team performances through the management of individuals, definition of the organization and processes 

• To build up a network in Vietnam of scientific and technical external expertise and to identify the local opportunities for collaboration

• To ensure set up and maintenance of SOPs and documentation

• Provide technical support for the Regional Aqua team on request of line manager

• University degree in Aquaculture/Biotechnology or related fields, ideally MSc/PhD level with international experience (but not compulsory) 

• More than 2 years in an equivalent structure

• Experience in diagnostic/disease management 

• Experience in lab quality standards and management of people/budget for lab activities

• Good writing skills and ability to supervise the redaction of internal or publicly-released technical/scientific reports.  

• Manage execution showing progress and results orientation 

• Team spirit and cross-functional cooperation

• Good English skills

• Critical thinking skills and project management skills

• Immediate availability is a plus.
