Automotive Sales Agent

Greenway Automotive Group | Orlando, FL | Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000–$130,000 annually , based on sales performance, commissions, experience, and other qualifying factors.

Greenway Automotive Group is hiring motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Agents for multiple dealerships throughout Orlando, Florida. Opportunities are available at our Kia, Hyundai, Ford, and Dodge locations.

We are looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people, building customer relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in commission-based sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service, this is an opportunity to grow your career with an established automotive group.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles and explain available features, options, and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Develop and maintain a customer base through referrals, repeat business, and prospecting.
• Use dealership systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads and follow-ups.
• Work with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to help customers complete the purchasing process.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to dealership performance.
• Stay informed about current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and product features.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in commission-based sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and dealership sales systems.
• Ability to follow up consistently with leads and customers.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible dealership schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license required.
