As a Prime Video Ads technologist, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art ad experiences for our customers. As a Senior PMT, you will invent, improve, and drive new ad format experiences from end to end, to surprise and delight both customers and advertisers alike. You'll own the user experience, design, and technology required to deliver exceptional ad experiences for our customers, and you will play a key role in determining how we commercialize them for advertisers. You'll work across Prime Video Ads, Prime Video, and the broader Amazon Ads organization to conceptualize, experiment, launch, and scale products that balance viewer experience quality with advertiser effectiveness.You must have strong business judgment, customer obsession, and be technical with a passion for streaming and digital advertising. You'll analyze viewer engagement metrics and advertiser performance data to inform prioritization decisions. You'll write strategy documents proposing new format innovations, lead alignment discussions with cross-functional partners, and work through trade-offs with your team. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Prime Video Ads, Prime Video, and Amazon Ads to ensure your products integrate seamlessly with broader systems and business goals.You will operate with autonomy and high visibility, taking on product opportunities that span from strategic thinking to hands-on execution. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
