Stocking Team Supervisor

Compensation Hourly Wage: $21–$34 per hour (minimum wage applicable to the job location will be honored or exceeded). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Job Overview Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Responsibilities Unload trucks and restock merchandise. Maintain organization and accessibility of the backroom. Adhere to health, safety, and Walmart policies. Qualifications Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts (required or preferred).
